Focus Breathe Open Support tagline

Yoga was never meant to be big business.

Why We Exist

The tradition and true spirit of yoga is one grounded in kindness, giving, and awareness that we are ALL connected. We believe that self care through the practice of yoga can be made available to anyone and everyone in our community.

Our mission is to ensure that the Stoughton community has access to quality, affordable and inclusive yoga, meditation and mindfulness classes.

Community Impact

Our studio yoga classes are about half the cost of similar classes in the Madison area, making the practice of yoga more equitable in an industry that has become increasingly elitist.

We eliminate barriers to the practice of yoga by offering classes geared to all body types and abilities in a welcoming environment.

We offer free and accessible Community Gift Classes at the Stoughton Yoga studio and at locations throughout the community.

We are helping to build a culture of health in our community.

Special Events

**By paying the service fee when you purchase your ticket, you are helping to support our small nonprofit organization and you are helping us keep the basic cost of our special events affordable for all. Thank you for your understanding and continued support.**

How You Can Help

Why Become a StoYo Sustainer?

As a StoYo sustainer, your $5–$10 monthly donation enables us to pay the rent and other ongoing business expenses.

When you attend classes at our studio, your class fee goes directly to your instructor, not our organization. Our community nonprofit business model is fueled by donations, fundraisers and grants, with only a very limited income from classes.

For now, there is no monthly membership charge added to our extremely affordable class fees. Instead, we rely on community-minded individuals to step up voluntarily, with a monthly tax deductible donation of $5–$10 (or more).

If you're financially able, please hit the "Make it monthly" button when you make your donation. Your generosity helps support the physical and mental well-being of your Stoughton neighbors and helps our organization move forward. Thank you!

Local Businesses and Organizations: Please join our Community Sponsors by making a monthly donation of $10 or more and becoming part of this important grassroots wellness movement for the Stoughton community.
